Diamond Paint MFG. Co. Ltd. is looking to expand its dynamic sales team with driven individuals who relish the opportunity to deliver exceptional service and expertise within the booming construction industry. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic to sell our products while maintaining a professional image. Candidates must reside in one of the following areas:
- Kingston & St Andrew
- St Ann
- St James
Objectives
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of our products and our target clientele
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports weekly
Requirements
- At least 2 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Must own or have access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
