We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Billing Clerk to manage customer queries and process customer orders.

General Requirements

The ideal candidate is expected to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Have at least 2 years experience working within Customer Care.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic and positive attitude towards customers.
• Have the ability to learn quickly on the job.
• Be able to communicate and coordinate with staff and management when necessary.
• Be computer literate and able to work with our Order Processing System.
• Have at least 5 CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English.
• Have good time management skills and able to work under pressure.
